Make 2023 Even Better

WOW! It has been a while since I have written a blog post. 2022 is flying by-it is almost fourth quarter! Which makes me think, read and listen to ways to make 2023 even better. Decluttering is one of my favorite subjects and no time like 2023 to get started. I am always looking at ways to simplify my life and have less stuff. So, in honor of 2023, below is my list of 23 things to get rid of in 2023!

1.) Junk drawer next to your favorite seat on the couch

2.) Expired food in the refrigerator, freezer and pantry

3.) Pieces of paper lying around

4.) Pens and markers that no longer work

5.) Old magazines and newspapers

6.) Mugs and other mismatched dishes

7.) Duplicate kitchen items

8.) Small appliances you no longer use

9.) Old toys or pet toys no one uses

10.) Mismatched sheets and blankets (dog shelters take them)

11.) Expired items in your medicine cabinet

12.) Old dried up make up and nail polishes

13.) Wire hangers (some dry cleaners take them)

14.) Travel mugs

15.) Vases

16.) Shoes that don’t fit or are out of style

17.) Decorative knick knacks you no longer use

18.) Books you will never read again

19.) Costume jewelry you don’t wear anymore

20.) Mismatched plastic containers

21.) Old party napkins and plates you will never use

22.) Clothes you are hanging on to for no reason

23.) Uncompleted craft projects
